TokoChoice Return Policy
At TokoChoice, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Below is our official return and refund policy.
Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after this period has passed.
Acceptable reasons for return:
- The product is unfit for consumption upon delivery.
- The product arrives in a damaged condition.
IMPORTANT:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Perishable goods such as fresh vegetables, fruits, mangoes, frozen products, etc., are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Perishable Goods
- Please remove all fresh products (like vegetables, fruits, paneer) from their packaging and store them properly as soon as you receive them.
- Refund requests for perishables must be made within 12 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.
- Ensure that someone is available to receive the order on the day of delivery. TokoChoice cannot be held responsible if the parcel is delivered to a pickup point and product quality is affected due to delays.
- Only vegetables marked as refundable are eligible for a refund as of January 4, 2021.
- Vegetables marked as non-refundable can still be delivered, but no refund will be issued in case of delay or damage.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will either resend the items or issue a refund, depending on what is agreed upon with you.

Note: Items on sale or part of special promotions are not eligible for return or refund. Only regularly priced items can be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, kindly email us at info@tokochoice.com.
